The design mandate was to marry their company’s sleek and luminous aesthetic with the raw, historic feel of their new building. The timeline was crucial; the move had to be completed before the end of their existing lease without compromising employee morale.

Key Interiors masterminded a versatile office layout conducive to mobility and choice, enabling staff to work seamlessly from any office area—an airy workstation, a secluded phone booth, or a comfortable lounge space. The design preserved and accentuated the building’s original exposed brick, beams, and ductwork, setting them against soft neutrals and vibrant brand colors. A striking stadium seating area was introduced to support team gatherings alongside a dedicated mother’s room, recognizing it as a vital facility. The infusion of abundant natural light and sweeping views of the West Loop culminated in a workspace that is as welcoming to its employees as it is to guests.
