Overture Promotions was transitioning from its offices in Vernon Hills to a significantly larger venue in Waukegan, aiming to unite various offices under one roof while embodying its guiding principle of “In House – In Control.” Undertaking a business move is always a significant challenge, often met with apprehension from the team. Overture prioritized allocating their budget towards enhancing employee amenities as a token of appreciation and improving client-facing areas to ensure success in their presentations.
Key Interiors revitalized Overture’s breakroom, sales showcase, and three conference rooms, infusing them with the company’s vibrant corporate colors and the essence of their robust core values. The redesigned spaces reflect the creativity and dynamism of Overture’s remarkable team. A unique aspect of their company culture involves celebrating new hires by gifting them a framed poster of their favorite movie, leading to an extensive collection of several hundred posters. Key Interiors ingeniously incorporated these posters into the decor, transforming the largest conference room into “The Greatest Showroom,” while other areas received themes like the “Star Wars” room, equipped with Jedi lights. Even the stairwells were adorned with cinematic themes, bringing a sense of adventure and nostalgia to everyday movements within the office.
