Zealous Good is a Chicago-based nonprofit organization that connects individuals and businesses that have excess goods to donate, with local charities in need. There are 4 steps in the process:
- Visit www.zealousgood.com and complete a brief form describing what you want to donate (e.g. chairs, workstations, tables, etc.).
- The Zealous Good team will spring into action and contact charities that need your donation (note: if you need the charity to pick-up items at your location, this may reduce the level of interest).
- Once Zealous Good finds a match, they will let you know. If there’s more than one potential recipient, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred charity.
- Complete your donation, either by moving the items to the charity, or having them pick items up from your location.
