This project was centered around creating an industry-leading research and development center for LifeSpice, a prominent player in the flavor innovation sector. The renovation included designing and installing a custom presentation island that capitalized on the stunning city views available from their new 17,000 square-foot River North loft space, nearly doubling their previous capacity.
